Which repository has the most skills implemented?

I have tried mdz's mooege but it doesn't seem like the skill implementation is the same as the list on the wiki page.

I saw someone with a working version of Weapon Throw, but that doesn't seem to work in mdz's mooege for example. Is there another repository I should be downloading? Thanks guys.
